Product Description:
The external circulation evaporator is a commonly used equipment in the chemical industry, whose main function is to concentrate the solvent in the liquid mixture, thereby achieving the purpose of separation and recovery.Its working principle is based on the distillation principle. When the mixed liquid enters the evaporator, it is first heated by a heater to evaporate the volatile components, and then cooled by a heat exchanger. These volatile components will condense into liquid droplets in the cooler and fall back into the evaporator. This can achieve the purpose of concentrating the solvent. The external circulation evaporator is adopted, with fast evaporation speed and concentration ratio up to 1.3. The liquid material has no foam concentration in the fully sealed state. The medicine liquid concentrated by this equipment has the characteristics of no pollution, strong medicine flavor, and easy cleaning.

Product structure:
The external circulation evaporator includes a heater, heat exchanger, condenser, reflux device, separator, and other parts. The heater and heat exchanger both play a heating role, causing the volatile components in the mixed liquid to evaporate. The condenser and reflux device play a cooling and recovery role, condensing the evaporated volatile components into liquid droplets and returning them to the evaporator . The separator is used to separate the concentrated liquid from the evaporator.
