The disc stack centrifuge is a vertical high-speed centrifugal separator with a stable and durable base. Multiple overlapping discs are installed inside the bowl with uniform gaps for separation. Materials are fed into the bowl through the central feed pipe. Under strong centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, when suspensions or emulsions flow through disc gaps, solid particles or heavy liquid phases rapidly settle on discs. Solids slide to the outer edge of the bowl for accumulation, while clarified liquid discharges continuously from the liquid outlet.

The disc structure greatly shortens sedimentation distance and expands separation area for higher throughput. Material contact parts are stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. It performs solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation for herbal extracts, fermentation broth, edible oil and beverages, widely used in pharmaceutical, food and biochemical industries. Featuring stable operation and high separation precision, it can discharge accumulated solids manually after shutdown or via automatic slag discharge structure, suitable for lab and medium-small continuous production lines.
