MVR evaporator description:
The MVR evaporator（Mechanical Vapor Recompression） is an energy-saving device that reuses the energy of the secondary steam generated by itself, thereby reducing the demand for external energy. The evaporator is used in chemical food, paper making, medicine, seawater desalination and sewage treatment and other fields. The working process is to compress the steam at low temperature through the compressor. The whole evaporation process does not require the secondary steam from the evaporator, compressed by the compressor, the pressure and temperature rise, the enthalpy increase, and then sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam, so that the material liquid to maintain the boiling state, and the heating steam itself is condensed into water. In this way, the original steam to be discarded has been fully utilized, the latent heat has been recovered, and the thermal efficiency has been improved, and the economy of the steam is equivalent to 30 effects of multi-effect evaporation. For the existing plants with insufficient steam supply, water supply capacity and insufficient space, especially the occasions where low temperature evaporation requires chilled water condensation, it can save investment and achieve better energy saving effect.
