Chromatography column usage:

Chromatography column working principle:
Stainless steel chromatography column is a method of systematically separating different categories or components based on the different affinity between plant active ingredients and the resin loaded in the chromatography column, in order to obtain the planned effective composition or components. It is an important means for preparing high efficacy and low dose traditional Chinese medicine or plants.

Chromatography column characteristics:
1. Resistant to organic solvents.
2.When there is weak acidity, SUS316L stainless steel material should be used.
3. Sanitary grade pipelines and valves are connected using quick installation and fastening methods.
4. The surface can be made into a mirror or matte type according to customer requirements.
5. The bracket is made of square steel profiles.
6. The column is equipped with stainless steel mesh above and below, with a mesh size of up to 1000, which can be used for liquid inlet and backwash regeneration resin operation.
7. The entire machine is designed and manufactured according to GMP requirements, and can be equipped with a PLC control system to achieve automated operation.
