Product description:

Pilot bio fermenter is widely used in dairy products, beverage bioengineering, traditional Chinese herb, precision chemical industries, etc., and dairy products and wines are fermented. In the case of biological fermenters, the commonly used fermenter equipment is mechanically stirred fermentation, and the sterilization effect directly affects whether the fermentation can proceed normally.

Main Features:

1. The Pilot bio fermenter has a simple structure and the basic principle is not complicated, and the energy consumption is lower than that of the slurry reactor with the stirring paddle;
2. Depending on the gas, the directional circulation is generated instead of the centrifugal pump type mechanical equipment. The flow form is determined, the liquid circulation is strong, there are no moving parts inside, the shear stress is small, the energy dissipation is very uniform, and the shear force sensitive material has Particularly important meaning;
3. The Pilot bio fermenter has a much larger range of operable gas and liquid flow rates than conventional fermenters;
4. The Pilot bio fermenter has high gas supply efficiency, and the ventilation in the gas riser can be larger than the air volume of the bubbling reactor, which is beneficial to the aerobic reaction;
5.The Pilot bio fermenter's fluidization effect is excellent, can be solid particles, even the heavier particles completely remain in suspension.
