This pilot mechanical stirring stainless steel fermenter adopts mirror-finished stainless steel. Tanks and pipelines have no dead corners and support in-situ high-temperature sterilization to prevent miscellaneous bacteria and guarantee strain purity. Equipped with an independent intelligent control cabinet, it integrates touchscreen control of temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, stirring speed and aeration with real-time data recording for precise operation.

Complete with stirring, aeration, condensation, sampling and defoaming modules, the unit is fitted with universal casters for flexible movement. Ideal for labs of research institutes and biotech firms, it supports strain cultivation, medium formula screening, fermentation parameter optimization and industrial process verification, widely used for Bacillus, probiotics, medicinal fungi and enzyme preparation fermentation tests.

>PH control(PH):online detection,within the range of 2-12; imported PH electrode,online high-temperature steam disinfection is available;it can carry out automatic acid or alkali feeding control with the peristaltic pump or automatic control valve.

>Temperature control(T):online detection,within the range of 0-150℃，imported temperature sensor,digital setting,automatic/manual switching,selection under different service conditions such as hot water,cooling water,tap water,etc

>Material supply control: The peristaltic pump or automatic control valve carries out material feeding control.

>Defoaming control: The conducting type foam electrode carries out detection and automatic alarm, or automatic incremental feeding of defoaming agent.
