Product Description:

The single effect forced circulation evaporator is an evaporation device commonly used for the concentration of liquid materials. Its core feature lies in the combination of "single-effect evaporation" and "forced circulation". It is widely applied in industries such as food, medicine, and chemical engineering, and is particularly suitable for processing viscous, easily crystallizable, and particulate-containing materials (such as traditional Chinese medicine extracts, fruit juice, dairy products, chemical solutions, etc.).

Its working principle is as follows: Under the forced propulsion of the circulating pump, the material flows at high speed (typically at a flow rate of 1.5-3m/s) inside the heating tube. After being heated by steam in the shell side, it enters the evaporation chamber for flash evaporation, and the water is discharged in the form of secondary steam. The concentrated material then flows back through the circulation pipeline, repeatedly undergoing the "heating - evaporation" process until reaching the target concentration. Since the concentration is achieved through only one evaporation unit (single effect), the structure is relatively simple, and the control system is easy to operate.

Compared to other concentration equipment, its advantages are significant: firstly, forced circulation reduces the residence time of materials in the heating tube, avoiding coking and crystallization blockage caused by local overheating; secondly, high-speed flow enhances heat transfer efficiency, increasing the concentration rate; thirdly, it has strong adaptability to materials, solving the problems of slow flow rate and poor heat transfer encountered by natural circulation equipment when handling viscous materials. The disadvantage is that the single-effect design consumes slightly more energy than multi-effect equipment, making it more suitable for small and medium-scale production or concentration scenarios involving high-boiling-point materials.
