>The Crystallizing Tank is made of imported SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel. The internal wall adopts electrolytic mirror or mechanical polishing.The external wall adopts completely welding structure made of 304 steel for heat preservation.The exterior surface adopts mirror polishing or matte polishing.The crystallization tank can enduring the temperature of 121 ℃ for sterilization.

>There are technical openings equipped including thermometer,pressure gauge,spotlight viewing mirror,CIP cleaning ball,breathing apparatus,N2 inlet and material inlet & outlet.

>The shaft seal adopts high-quality sanitary mechanical seal to guarantee the material is out of pollution.

>Aseptic sampling valve and stainless steel tank bottom valve can be equipped according to customers’ choice.

>The crystallization tank can adopt variable-frequency speed control device.

>There are such styles of the agitator as the anchor type, frame type, paddle type and turbine type. The rotating machine can adopt cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer or stepless reducer.And the sealing device is of mechanical seal.Heating or cooling can be of insert-set,semicanal or serpentine structure.Heating modes can be steam heating,electric heating and heat-conduction oil,to meet the demand of many different working surroundings as acidity,high temperature,abrason,corrosion and so on. Acid resistance,high temperature resistant,scuff resistance,anticorrosion.
