The automatic scrapper thin film evaporator for diethanolamine(DEA) is a dedicated chemical equipment for the purification, refinement and concentration of diethanolamine. Its core principle is fixed-speed scraper forced film formation combined with high-vacuum low-temperature evaporation, which is specifically adapted to the material characteristics of DEA such as thermal degradation tendency, high viscosity and wall adhesion propensity. Under high-vacuum operating conditions, the equipment significantly reduces the boiling point of DEA. Scrapers rotating at a set high speed on the inner wall of the heating cylinder force the feed liquid to form a uniform liquid film and flow in a turbulent state along the cylinder wall. After the feed liquid makes efficient heat exchange contact with the heating surface, vaporization and separation occur rapidly. The solvent is discharged through the condensation system in the form of secondary steam, and the concentrated high-purity DEA is collected from the bottom discharge port of the equipment. The scrapers continuously and dynamically scrape off the material on the tube wall, achieving an ultra-short residence time of the material, avoiding local overheating and retention, fundamentally inhibiting the thermal degradation and deterioration of DEA, and ensuring the purity of the target product.
