The automatic single effect falling film evaporator for diethanolamine(DEA) is a special chemical evaporation device tailored for the evaporation, concentration and solvent removal of diethanolamine (DEA), adopting the core principle of falling film formation heat exchange combined with single-effect vacuum evaporation, which is well adapted to DEA’s material characteristic of being prone to high-temperature decomposition. The feed liquid is evenly distributed on the inner wall of heating tubes by a distributor and flows downwards in a thin film. The heating medium outside the tubes conducts heat exchange, and the equipment operates under full vacuum and low-temperature conditions to lower the boiling point of the feed liquid. The feed liquid vaporizes rapidly to realize the separation of solvent and DEA; the secondary steam is discharged and treated separately, and the concentrated DEA is collected from the bottom of the equipment. The falling film formation ensures uniform film distribution and short heating time without local retention of materials, fundamentally preventing the high-temperature decomposition of DEA and ensuring product purity.

Its core application is in the industrial processing of DEA in the chemical industry, mainly for the purification of crude DEA, the concentration of feed liquid and solvent removal during production. It is also suitable for the raw material pretreatment in the production of downstream fine chemicals, daily chemicals and textile auxiliaries of DEA.
