Double Effect External Circulation Evaporator for Plant Extract

The double effect external circulation evaporator is an industrial energy-efficient concentration device, whose core principle combines double-effect series evaporation with forced external circulation. The feed liquid is pumped into the first-effect heating chamber, exchanges heat with live steam and then enters the evaporation chamber for vaporization. The generated secondary steam is used as the heating heat source for the second effect to realize secondary utilization of thermal energy and greatly reduce energy consumption. The material achieves forced external circulation via a circulation pump, ensuring uniform heating and coking prevention. The whole process is operated under vacuum and low-temperature conditions to reduce the loss of heat-sensitive components, and the concentrated material is discharged according to the target concentration.
