Our double-effect falling film vacuum evaporator is custom-built for concentrating and recycling diethylene glycol solution.
This system utilizes waste heat from secondary steam for energy reuse, achieving remarkable energy savings compared with single-effect evaporation equipment.
Concentration runs under vacuum low-temperature conditions. Short residence time avoids thermal degradation and oxidation of diethylene glycol, preserving the purity of recovered glycol.
Equipped with precision liquid distributors and high-performance mist eliminators to prevent liquid entrainment loss. Automatic temperature and liquid level control enables stable continuous operation.
Fabricated from stainless steel, the unit meets strict requirements for chemical solvent recovery. Widely applied in diethylene glycol regeneration, industrial waste liquid treatment, chemical solvent concentration and recycling projects.
