The Vacuum Concentration Equipment Fall Film Evaporator (falling film concentrator) is a type of membrane vacuum low-temperature evaporation equipment, which has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency, small temperature difference loss, short heating time, and not easy to deteriorate. Therefore, this equipment is particularly suitable for low-temperature continuous evaporation and concentration of materials with thermal sensitivity, viscosity, foaming properties, such as fermentation broth, fruit juice clear juice, glucose, fresh milk, amino acids, xylitol, starch sugar, maltodextrin, corn syrup, etc. It is also suitable for the evaporation and concentration of water or organic solvent solutions in industries such as medicine, food, chemical, and light industry.
According to customer requirements, we can produce single effect falling film evaporators, double effect falling film evaporators, triple effect falling film evaporators, etc.
According to customer requirements, two models can be used: automatic control (PLC) and manual control.

Product structure:
Heater, separator, condenser, preheater, vacuum system, hot press pump, electrical instrument, control cabinet, etc. shall be determined as SUS304 or SUS316L according to material and process requirements.

As shown in the attached figure, in order to meet the narrow space that cannot be placed in the customer's factory, we have specially designed to place the entire system in a container. Customers can directly install and use the goods upon receiving them, saving time and cost.
