The three effect falling film evaporator primarily consists of three effect heating chamber, three-effect evaporator, separator, condenser, cooler, delivery pump and pipelines. It utilizes secondary steam in series to achieve continuous concentration at low temperatures with energy saving.

Core advantages:

Outstanding energy-saving advantages: Compared to single effect falling film evaporator, the triple-effect series can reuse secondary steam, with energy consumption only about 1/3 of that of single-effect ones, significantly reducing steam and cooling water consumption. Compared to quadruple-effect/quintuple-effect concentrators, there is no need to increase equipment complexity and investment costs, offering a higher cost-performance ratio.

High concentration efficiency and suitable for continuous production: The falling film structure allows the material to form a film and flow, with a high heat transfer coefficient. It is easier to control the film thickness and reduce scaling compared to the rising film concentrator. The three-effect series design is suitable for industrial continuous operation, with a larger processing capacity than batch concentrators and stable operation.

Gentle processing to protect material quality: By utilizing low temperature (with operating temperatures gradually decreasing after multiple-effect series operation) and low pressure conditions, it is more suitable for heat-sensitive materials (such as food and pharmaceutical ingredients) than high temperature and high pressure conditions of forced circulation concentrators. This approach can reduce the damage to nutrients and active substances, while retaining the original flavor and efficacy of the material.

More convenient operation and maintenance: Compared to forced circulation concentrators, the falling film structure eliminates the need for forced stirring or circulating components, resulting in less equipment wear, lower scaling risk, and lower cleaning and maintenance costs. Compared to single-effect concentrators, although it has multiple effects in series, its structure is relatively simple, and its failure rate is lower than that of four-effect and higher-effect equipment.
