Its working principle is as follows: The material to be concentrated is one heated to near its boiling point by a preheater, and then quickly enters a flash chamber where the pressure is much lower than the saturated vapor pressure of the material. Under low pressure, the solvent in the material vaporizes instantaneously to form steam, which is then condensed and recovered through a condenser. Meanwhile, the material experiences a rapid temperature drop due to rapid heat loss, effectively preventing the destruction of heat-sensitive components such as nutrients in food and active ingredients in medicine.
