Vacuum Scraper Evaporator for Plant Extract

The vacuum scraper evaporator is a specialized evaporation equipment suitable for high-viscosity, easy-to-crystallize and coking materials, its core principle is scraper-forced film formation combined with vacuum low-temperature evaporation. The equipment lowers the boiling point of materials in a vacuum environment. The high-speed rotating scrapers in the heating cylinder force the feed liquid to form a uniform thin film and flow along the cylinder wall. The feed liquid fully contacts the heating surface to achieve rapid vaporization. The solvent is separated and discharged in the form of secondary steam, and the concentrated liquid is collected from the bottom. The mechanical stirring of the scrapers ensures the materials are heated without retention and heat exchange is uniform throughout the process, fundamentally avoiding coking, wall sticking and local overheating.
