Product Description:
Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, the machine features a fully sealed vacuum chamber and is categorized as a continuous contact low-temperature drying unit. It operates at a vacuum ranging from 900 to 4000 Pa with adjustable drying temperature between 20℃ and 80℃. Raw materials are evenly spread onto multi-layer internal drying belts via the conveying system, passing sequentially over heating plates and cooling plates for dehydration. Dried cake automatically peels off during belt return stroke to realize automatic continuous feeding and discharging.
Specially engineered for heat-sensitive, high-viscosity and easily agglomerated feedstock, it suits natural plant extracts, traditional Chinese medicine extracts and fruit & vegetable concentrates that cannot be processed by spray drying. The low-temperature vacuum environment fully preserves the original color, fragrance and active ingredients without thermal degradation. Widely adopted in flavors & fragrances, biopharmaceuticals, health food and natural extract processing, it delivers uniform drying and stable finished moisture content, serving as the preferred equipment for large-scale low-temperature dehydration of thermolabile materials.
