Product Description:
This alcohol recovery tower is precision fabricated from 304 stainless steel featuring acid and alkali resistance. It integrates rectification column, condensing system, liquid storage tanks and variable-frequency conveying control system. Adopting rectification vaporization and condensation liquefaction processes, the equipment separates and purifies ethanol solvent from various waste liquids.
It is widely used in pharmaceutical, flavor & fragrance, fine chemical and deep-processed food industries to recover dilute waste alcohol generated from raw material extraction, alcohol precipitation and equipment cleaning procedures. The purified alcohol can be recycled back into original production processes, effectively cutting raw material procurement costs, drastically reducing hazardous waste treatment and wastewater discharge, and helping enterprises realize solvent recycling, energy conservation, emission reduction as well as cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
