Continuous Solid Liquid Separation Decanter Centrifuge

Product description:

Horizontal spiral decanter centrifuge enables non-stop solid-liquid separation for industrial suspensions.

Constructed with rotary bowl, hollow-shaft scroll conveyor and differential assembly. A minor speed difference between bowl and screw conveyor delivers steady sludge conveying.

Once material enters the rotating bowl, centrifugal acceleration separates heavy solids against the bowl wall. Clarified liquid forms an inner liquid layer.

The scroll continuously conveys accumulated solids to the conical discharge section for automatic discharge.

Designed for stable 24-hour continuous running. Suitable for sludge dewatering, chemical liquid clarification, beverage processing, mineral slurry separation and many other industrial separation applications.
