Product description:

1.The series of vessels have the functions of heating and heat preservation, and are manufactured, pressure-tested and checked in accordance with technical conditions of welded steel vessels.

2.The volume is from 100L to 10000L and customized design and manufacture are available.

3.Imported sanitary mechanical sealing is adopted for the sealing of agitating shaft.The speed reducer of Flender of SEW,famous Germany brands,are used.The rotation speed for agitation is 36-53 rpm.The speed also can be controlled by variable-frequency speed regulator.

4.The joint is the quick-acting chuck in compliance with ISO standards and the inner part is made of imported SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel.

5.On the tank,there are technical openings including fluid level gauge(different types such as radar-type, supersonic-type,electric capacity type,differential pressure type),breathing apparatus,sterilization steam opening,thermometer(digital-indicated type or dial type),CIP universal tank-cleaning device,manhole,spotlight viewing mirror,fluid inlets & outlets.
