Our sanitary stainless steel preparation tanks are custom-engineered for liquid mixing, preparation, heating and thermal preservation processes, widely adopted in biochemistry, pharmaceutical, food and fine chemical industries.
All pressure-bearing vessels are fabricated, inspected and hydrostatically tested strictly following specifications for welded steel pressure vessels. The available working volume covers 100L up to 10,000L, and tailor-made dimensions and configurations are supported according to customer process requirements.
The stirring shaft is fitted with imported sanitary mechanical seals to prevent medium leakage. Agitation drive systems adopt well-known German-brand reducers from SEW. The standard stirring speed ranges from 36 to 53 rpm, and variable frequency speed regulation can be configured to accommodate different mixing demands.
All tank internal wetted surfaces are manufactured from SUS304 or imported SUS316L stainless steel. Pipeline connections adopt ISO-standard quick clamp couplings for convenient disassembly and sanitary cleaning.
Each tank can be equipped with a complete set of process nozzles and accessories.
